Hinshaw partner Bill Schiller will give a presentation to international faculty and scholars titled "Pathways to Permanent Residence in the United States" on November 2, 2023, at Kansas State University. The presentation will cover hot topics in immigration law, as well as an overview of the pathways to permanent residence in the United States available in the employment-based first and second-preference categories, including national interest waivers, extraordinary ability, and outstanding researcher and professor petitions. The event is sponsored by the Kansas State University's International Student and Scholar Services.
