The presentation will cover hot topics in immigration law, as well as an overview of the pathways to permanent residence in the United States available in the employment-based first and second-preference categories, including national interest waivers, extraordinary ability, and outstanding researcher and professor petitions. The event is sponsored by the Kansas State University's International Student and Scholar Services.
