Daschbach will participate in the panel "Environment: Claims, Regulation and Compliance," addressing ESG updates, including evolving ESG regulations in the U.S. and in Europe.
DeLascio will participate in the panel "Managing Complex Litigation: Managing the Parties." The session will provide insights on recent developments in the areas impacting complex litigation in the U.S. and effective (and cost-effective) management of large litigation.
