Brady Taylor concentrates his practice on representing clients in complex business and insurance coverage disputes, particularly commercial and insurance matters.

Before joining Hinshaw, Brady clerked at a boutique law firm in Miami, where he gained extensive experience in civil litigation and international arbitration, including both commercial and investor-state disputes.

While attending the University of Miami, Brady was active, representing the university as a visiting scholar at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, and as the vice president of the International Moot Court Board. He competed in the FDI Moot and twice in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where he was awarded the best oralist designation in the CAM-CCBC Hamburg Pre-Moot.

Personal

Brady was raised south of Chicago, Illinois. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys any sports-related activities. He is also a lifelong fan of Arsenal F.C. and almost never misses a game.
