Hinshaw's Lawyers for the Profession® (LFP) blog provides legal malpractice and ethics updates from lawyers to lawyers. The authors are lawyers whose practices are devoted to legal ethics & professional responsibility, legal malpractice and professional liability. Hinshaw provides legal, business, ethics, and discipline-related work for law firms of all sizes, including approximately 100 of the 200 largest law firms. All of the LFP attorney authors have represented lawyers in discipline cases, litigation, and also in ethics and risk management matters that have not yet reached formal proceedings. The blog allows the authors to share less formal insights into how lawyers may limit risk in their practices.
