Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner and member of the Lawyers for the Profession® group authored the article, "Ethics Opinions: Fee-Sharing and Threatening Disciplinary Action," for the New York Law Journal. The article examines two recent ethics opinions that address fee sharing with non-lawyers, and whether it is ever ethical to threaten another lawyer with disciplinary action.
