Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner and member of the Lawyers for the Profession® group authored the article, "Amendments to Rules of Professional Conduct Are Mixed Bag" for the New York Law Journal. The article discusses recommended changes to many of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, including various changes to the comments that expand upon and interpret those rules. This article also addresses some of the significant amendments, including new comments addressing lateral attorney movement and updated rules and comments addressing modern technology.
