New YorkAnthony E. Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner authored an article, "Protecting Clients Information: Should Lawyers Be in ‘The Cloud’?," for the New York Law Journal. The article discusses cloud computing in the context of the practice of law. Mr. Davis addresses questions such as, "what constitutes 'secure enough' when it comes to preserving the confidentiality of client information?" and "what can lawyers and law firms do to establish with any certainty that their clients' data is sufficiently secure?."
