Sarah Greenberg represents financial institutions in state and federal court in New York in complex commercial and real estate litigation. She defends claims brought under the federal consumer protection acts such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act, and the Truth-In-Lending Act, among others.
