Samuel Crowley represents clients in civil litigation, focusing on the defense of personal injury, property damage, and healthcare services matters. His background further includes handling commercial litigation, as well as medical negligence and legal malpractice cases.

Sam has significant experience in all phases of the litigation process. In addition to filing and arguing successful motions at the trial court level, he has prepared mediation submissions, settlement agreements, and appellate briefs. Though he works primarily as a litigator, Sam finds it equally rewarding to help his clients stay out of court.

Before joining Hinshaw, Sam defended the interests of businesses and professionals, both locally and nationally, with a Chicago-based firm. During law school, he was also a case manager and mediator with the Chicago Center for Conflict Resolution.

As a student, Sam was involved in a number of activities and associations, including serving as the Student Articles Editor for the Loyola University School of Law Journal. He was also team captain of the Criminal Law Mock Trial team and the vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
