Hinshaw's David Alfini, Adam Guetzow, and Sam Crowley will present "Ethics for Adjusters" for Genex Services on July 22, 2021. Unlawful conduct consists of acts that the insurance commissioner considers a violation of the law. Licensees who do not follow these regulations can have their licenses suspended or revoked. Alfini, Guetzow, and Crowley will discuss common regulations violations and how to avoid them.
