With more than 25 years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including over ten years serving as vice president and in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 property and casualty insurance company, "Kipper" Burke is well versed in the complex claims issues confronting personal and commercial lines insurance carriers on a national level. Kipper creates positive outcomes for his clients as a problem-solver skilled at finding creative solutions to challenging legal issues.

Kipper analyzes and litigates first- and third-party liability, coverage, and bad-faith matters in courts across the country. His experience includes a wide variety of commercial insurance products, including trucking and non-trucking liability policies, cargo, accident and health, occupational accident, workers' compensation, comprehensive general liability (CGL), commercial auto, commercial property, ocean marine, excess and umbrella, agricultural, equine mortality, E&O, D&O, and others. He also handles personal lines products, including homeowners, auto, and umbrella coverages.

Kipper has been called upon as an expert witness in insurance claims and coverage cases. He has acted as lead counsel on cases in the Texas Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and many of the intermediate Texas appellate courts.

Kipper is married with two adult daughters. His hobbies include golf and playing guitar.
