About Kevin

An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Kevin focuses on solving complex problems and minimizing legal risks faced by businesses and their owners. His clients include real estate owners and developers, healthcare providers, agricultural companies, contract manufacturers, hotels, consulting firms, and other entrepreneurial businesses and executives.

Kevin concentrates his practice on employment law, business transactions, and real estate. He advises clients on complex employee issues, employment law compliance, buying and selling businesses or real estate, and contract review and negotiations. When necessary, he protects his client’s interests in litigation. Kevin has successfully defended numerous discrimination charges and employment lawsuits throughout the United States.

Kevin also provides business advice on succession planning, exit strategies, and restructuring.

Represented the seller of a consulting services firm in the $15 million asset sale of a family business to a private equity concern.
Represented the sellers of a family business in a stock swap transaction valued at $12 million.
Represented a national manufacturing company in the $16.5 million purchase of a manufacturing facility and associated real estate.
Represented the sellers of a manufacturing business in a $13 million F reorganization sale to private equity.
Obtained a $12 million judgment in favor of a minority shareholder in a real estate business following a court trial.
