About Keitha
Keitha represents national mortgage servicers in litigation involving consumer financial statutes, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Truth in Lending Act (TILA). She advises clients on regulatory compliance and defends claims related to credit reporting, debt collection practices, and loan servicing.
Additionally, Keitha represents financial institutions in commercial litigation involving breach of contract claims, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), with a focus on disputes over account agreements, funds transfers, and other complex banking matters.

Experience
- Achieved unanimous appellate affirmance of the dismissal of breach of contract and tort claims against a residential condominium developer in the New York Appellate Division, First Department. The court held that res judicata barred the plaintiff’s claims based on a prior dismissal on the merits. The plaintiff did not appeal the ruling.
