About Elaine
Elaine represents mortgage lenders, servicers, collectors, investors, and other financial institutions in complex civil litigation and matters involving lender laws, including RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, and TCPA.
She also handles cases involving commercial and residential real estate, such as contested foreclosures and mortgage servicing. Elaine is well-versed in all phases of dispute resolution and provides thoughtful counsel and strong advocacy for her clients.
