About Omar
Omar works with loan servicers and investors in high-stakes, contested foreclosure actions. He represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers in complex contested mortgage foreclosures and litigation involving the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) in state and federal courts. Omar also represents banks in matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
