About Ahmad
Ahmad focuses his practice on corporate transactions, business matters, and real estate. He advises clients on asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic and ongoing corporate governance matters, including contract drafting, compliance, deal negotiation, and providing strategic legal counsel. Ahmad also assists with entity formation and corporate document preparation.
Additionally, he handles real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, and conducts research to provide clients with comprehensive and insightful analysis to support business decisions and ensure legal compliance.
Areas of Focus
Experience
- Represented the seller on a $180 million cross-border M&A transaction, handling all corporate matters for the entities involved in Florida. This included due diligence, contract drafting, corporate governance, and ensuring compliance with state-specific legal requirements.
- Worked on the sale of a $148 million residential property in Palm Beach, representing the seller and handling related legal matters throughout the transaction.
- Represented the buyer in a $6 million acquisition of highly desirable vacant land located within a prime industrial-zoned location as part of a 1031 exchange.
- Represented corporate clients in due diligence, compliance, and the sale of specific securities or interests to third parties, overseeing all legal aspects of the transactions.
