About Ralph
An experienced finance consumer attorney, Ralph focuses on complex consumer and business litigation in state and federal courts, including at the appellate level. He represents banks, financial institutions, and servicing companies in disputes premised on state and federal statutes or written contracts involving real property or credit services. Ralph has experience with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA).
He also represents individuals and businesses in residential and commercial real estate transactions in Florida and the Bahamas. He has successfully rezoned properties and resolved code and other local government violations, landlord/tenant disputes, evictions, unlawful detainer complaints, and related actions. In addition, Ralph routinely reviews and advises on abstract and title records, loan documents, and title policies.
