About Vanessa
At every step of trial- and appellate-court advocacy, Vanessa delivers strong, effective counsel to financial-services industry clients, including financial institutions, lenders, and mortgage loan servicers. A seasoned litigator, she advises on all aspects of litigation related to consumer and commercial banking and real property.
She has extensive experience defending clients against claims arising under federal and state laws and regulations, including:
