For more than a decade, Gabrielle Mannuzza has represented lending institutions, companies, and small businesses in consumer financial services and commercial litigation matters. She counsels clients on a variety of issues, including lender liability, complex litigation, fraud claims, and matters involving compliance and regulation.

Gabrielle possesses extensive courtroom and trial experience handling all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, and focusing on foreclosure-related disputes. Gabrielle represents large mortgage lenders and servicers and has extensive knowledge regarding foreclosures, loss mitigation programs, loan originations and closings, and federal and state, and consumer protection and lending statutes.

Gabrielle served for over six years as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted all manner of criminal cases, from white collar crimes to violent crimes. During her career, Gabrielle has also worked for several large international law firms, focusing on banking and finance-related litigation matters.

Personal

Gabrielle enjoys spending time with family, including her dog and friends. She loves being outdoors, reading fiction, working in her garden, and cheering on her child at sporting and other events. She is very involved in her local school community and has taken on several leadership roles in local community groups.
