About Whitney
As a trial attorney, Whitney defends banks, mortgage lenders, servicers, collectors, and investors in a wide range of complex legal claims brought under consumer lending laws. These include the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), and the Data Protection Act (DPA).
