John W. Dubbs, III

John has formed and obtained tax-exempt status for at least 200 organizations and recently organized a new parent company for a $4 billion regional, integrated health care network, working collaboratively with the client and other Hinshaw attorneys to ensure the federal tax-exempt status and public charity status of the new organization. This is a timely project as many large exempt organizations throughout the United States are facing dwindling representation on their boards of directors by members of religious communities.
