Deal Spotlight: Client SingleHop Acquired by INAP for $132 Million

Hinshaw would like to congratulate its client SingleHop for completing its sale to Internap Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP). SingleHop is a leading provider of hosted private clouds and managed hosting. Hinshaw represented SingleHop and its predecessor companies for over a decade, assisting them with their initial formation, day-to-day corporate governance matters, strategic acquisitions and investments by private equity firms. The sale, completed on February 28, was for $132 million cash. The Hinshaw deal team on the transaction was led by Todd Young, with assistance from Connie Mayer, Alyssa Campbell, John Dubbs and Aimee Delaney.
