About David
David works with businesses and real estate developers to resolve land use and property-related issues, addressing environmental and regulatory concerns, as applicable. He represents clients in civil litigation and counsels them on regulatory matters that also include transportation and public health matters. Though a litigator, David strives to help clients stay out of court.
David has successfully helped clients navigate various Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and complex real estate transactions involving environmental site assessments. He previously served as Special Assistant State’s Attorney, defending municipalities and counties in federal court.
