About John
John represents corporate clients, including banks and financial institutions, loan servicers, and direct and indirect finance companies, in consumer financial litigation across state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. He defends clients in individual-plaintiff and class actions matters, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protect Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and various state consumer protection and debt collection acts, as well as the Uniform Commercial Codes (UCC).
In addition, John handles construction and real estate disputes for owners, developers, and general contractors.
