About Kyle
Kyle focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business transactions, assisting organizations and individuals in achieving their goals through a multi-faceted approach.
He has extensive experience in real estate and regulatory matters, handling country of origin applications with the US Customs and Border Protection, product recalls with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, and organizational documents with secretaries of state. Kyle also represents condominium associations.

Experience
- Represented seller in $32.3 million sale of multiple real estate assets out of bankruptcy to a not-for-profit hospital group. Assets included a hospital along with ancillary professional office buildings and clinics.
- Represented buyer in $3.5 million acquisition of 542 acres of farmland, hunting ground, and conservation reserve land. The transaction involved dealing with crop assignment and easement issues, and the Federal Conservation Reserve Program.
- Represented a foreign nation in the negotiation of long-term lease for office space intended to be used as a consulate in the United States. The $5 million transaction involved resolving sovereign immunity issues in a manner that did not require a waiver of sovereign immunity rights and obtaining US State Department authorization pursuant to 22 U.S.C. § 4305 which was needed to acquire the lease.
