A real estate litigator, Mitch focuses his practice on defending banks and loan servicers in a wide range of financial services litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts.
He counsels mortgage servicers and financial institutions on contested foreclosures, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, code violations, title disputes, and borrower-initiated claims.
