About Sam
Sam has a diverse litigation practice with nearly 20 years of experience. Not only does Sam represent individual clients, but he advises large and small health care providers, major manufacturers, large construction firms, national insurance companies, and niche businesses with complex claims involving negligence, wrongful death, and other catastrophic losses, as well as medical malpractice and premises liability claims.
Sam also counsels national and local financial institutions. He has extensive knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
