About April
With more than two decades of experience, April focuses on tort litigation, including personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, indoor air quality, chemical exposure, construction defect, premises liability, commercial automobile, trucking, rideshare, and general liability matters.
Her clients range from small, privately-held companies to Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the national defense team for one of the firm's largest self-insured clients.

- Obtained a successful resolution to a catastrophic premises liability lawsuit in Alachua County, Florida, for a student housing company.
- Obtained a full victory in a pharmacy negligence lawsuit in Broward County, Florida, for a Fortune 500 pharmacy.
- Successfully defended two commercial vehicle lawsuits in Jackson County, Illinois, for a Fortune 500 pest control company.
- Successfully tried a commercial vehicle lawsuit in Fort Pierce, Florida, for a national dairy farm.

Did you know...
April grew up in the South Florida legal community, often attending trials with her father, a defense attorney, and offering critiques from the age of 10 years old. She later participated in Notre Dame Law School's London summer program. Outside of law, April is an avid runner. Despite being from South Florida, her favorite race is the Soldier Field 10-mile race in Chicago.
