About Amee
An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Amee defends individuals and companies in personal injury, product and premises liability, and business disputes. She also advises clients on labor, employment, and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout California. She has resolved or tried to verdict cases for clients that include owners, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, contractors, premise owners, and entrepreneurs in business and technology. A portion of these cases involves personal injury claims related to alleged exposures to various substances and materials, often in occupational or environmental settings.
Areas of Focus
Experience
- Secured a verdict in favor of the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART), charged with negligent train operation and injury to a child.
- Tried a case to verdict involving race, retaliation, and disability discrimination.
- Resolved a case during trial which involved claims of products liability, brake defect, and wrongful death.
- Obtained a dismissal at trial in a case involving product liability and personal injury claims against a boiler manufacturer.
- Tried a case to verdict involving a railroad crossing fatality.
