Amee Mikacich to Present at San Francisco Bar Panel on How to Handle Incivility in the Litigation Context

Hinshaw partner Amee Mikacich will serve as a panelist for a presentation titled "Civility Matters: Winning Inside and Outside the Courtroom," on December 11, 2019. Attendees will hear insights from experienced litigators, a judge, and a mediator on how to effectively deal with incivility in civil and criminal cases. The interactive program is presented by the Arbitration Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF), in conjunction with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
