The first webinar in our series, Commercial Financing Disclosures for the Automotive Finance Industry: The Road Forward, will take place on Thursday, October 13, 2022.

This hour-long program will focus on what the Automotive Finance industry needs to know about new Commercial Financing Disclosures that will be required in California beginning December 9, 2022, and in Utah on January 1, 2023. We expect New York and other states may soon follow. 

We will cover the requirements, exemptions, and other unanswered questions. Join us to learn more about this new arena of regulatory compliance.
