About Tabitha
Tabitha represents clients in consumer financial services, creditor rights, and commercial litigation, with extensive experience in bankruptcy law. Before returning to private practice, she served as district counsel for the US Small Business Administration.
She advises mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and financial institutions on resolving complex lending, litigation, and real estate matters. This work includes managing foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings, enforcing loan obligations, clearing title defects, and completing real estate transactions.

Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys a social and active lifestyle with her husband, two sons, and family dog. She is engaged in her community, participating in civic and social organizations and attending local events.
A fitness enthusiast, Tabitha likes weightlifting and trains for endurance sports, having competed in several sprint triathlons. She also balances her active lifestyle with a love of baking and dabbles in cake decorating.
