About Natalie
Natalie defends clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country in contested mortgage foreclosures, demolition and building code violation matters, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, and other consumer financial services litigation. Her client roster includes mortgage servicers, mortgage loan investors, major national banks, and other financial institutions.
Natalie has secured several favorable dispositions for mortgage servicing clients in Illinois appellate courts, many of which resulted in the dismissal of the appeal prior to the briefing. She has more than a decade of experience counseling on violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
