With 10 years in the lending industry, Jennifer focuses on advising and representing mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors on litigation and risks related to federal and state consumer protection laws, including predatory lending, mortgage fraud, contested foreclosures, evictions, tax sales, and claims under:
