Fred represents financial services institutions nationwide in complex litigation, from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal. He has deep experience with claims involving mortgage servicing and origination, fraud, breach of contract, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Fred regularly defends alleged violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, and in arbitration.
