Don has extensive experience litigating real estate and financial services matters in federal and state courts throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. His clients include lenders, mortgage servicers, reverse mortgage servicers, and investors operating in the real estate and consumer financial services industries. He also handles wrongful foreclosure matters, claims under consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Chapter 93A, and real estate disputes, including quiet title actions and title insurance disputes. Don has achieved trial and appellate victories, won dispositive motions, and defeated class recertification in a wide range of individual and class action lawsuits.

In addition, Don dedicates a portion of his practice to insurance defense, successfully managing a wide range of general liability and code enforcement matters.
