About Alyssa
Alyssa represents banks, mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in litigation across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She manages matters from intake through to final judicial action, including depositions, settlement negotiations, trials, appeals, and proceedings before administrative tribunals.
She handles legal matters in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, primarily involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state consumer protection acts, and related statutes. Her experience also includes title and probate issues, creditor and debtor rights, and foreclosures.
Alyssa takes a thoughtful, systematic approach to advocacy. Her dedication to in-depth research and problem solving enables her to help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes to achieve their goals.
