Scott Seaman Leads CLE Webinar on Liability Allocation and Policy Limit Exhaustion

Hinshaw partner Scott Seaman will co-present the BARBRI CLE webinar, "Allocation of Liability and Exhaustion of Policy Limits: Policyholder and Carrier Perspectives," on February 10, 2026. The program will address the complexities of allocating indemnity across multiple policy periods, insurers, and lines of coverage, as well as the impact of policy stacking.

The session will also examine allocation challenges that arise when a single matter touches D&O, E&O, and CGL policies, and how disputes develop when parties disagree about responsibility for payment and the sequence of coverage.
