Mohamed F. Sweify and Justyna Regan Lead Webinar on International Investment Climate

Hinshaw attorneys Mohamed F. Sweify, chair of the Egypt Chapter of the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) International Section, and past chair of NYSBA’s International Dispute Resolution Committee, and Justyna Regan (PhD) will participate in a global webinar, "Investment & Economic Climates for International Investors: Perspectives from the U.S.A, U.A.E, and Kuwait," on February 2, 2026.

Mohamed will introduce the panel and the importance of the program across these leading jurisdictions. Justyna will moderate the panel, sharing her experience with cross-border investments. Justyna and the panelists will examine the current investment climate in three major jurisdictions: the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait.
