Joanna Storey to Discuss Ethics Lessons Learned from Fictional Attorneys in BASF Presentation
Webinar
May 11, 2021
Hinshaw's Joanna Storey will co-present a program titled "What Not to Do – Ethics Lessons Learned from Fictional Attorneys," on May 11, 2021. Presented by the Bar Association of San Francisco's (BASF) Legal Ethics Committee—of which Storey is currently the secretary—the program will begin with examples of how fictional attorneys handled a thorny issue. Speakers will then break down how the attorney got it wrong, or right, by applying the top ten professional conduct duties that practitioners owe to clients.
