In anticipation of the January 1, 2024 effective date, join us for a discussion of the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act and the unique challenges it creates for hospitals and other health care providers.  

Tom Luetkemeyer, one of Hinshaw's labor and employment partners with a background advising health care clients, will address the key elements of the new statute and the recently promulgated regulations. He will also discuss potential problems of the statute given the varied employment relationships common in the health care industry.
