Hinshaw's Ambrose McCall will present a webinar titled "Legal Responsibilities when Monitoring Your Employees On and Off the Clock," on September 17, 2020. The presentation is designed for human resources managers, benefits and payroll professionals, controllers, accountants, and attorneys.
McCall's program will cover issues that often arise as a result of observing employee activities and communications. As part of his presentation, McCall will review legal doctrines governing privacy and activity, as well as communication rights of employees. He will also address how to develop and implement workplace policies and procedures in light of these laws and the COVID-19 pandemic.
