A Group of Hinshaw Attorneys Will Review COVID-19 Considerations for Business Owners and Lenders

Hinshaw's Anthony Antognoli, Tom Kuzmanovic, and Michael Weis, will team up in a webinar titled "COVID-19: Considerations for Business Owners & Lenders," on April 24, 2020 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Central. In the short term, business owners are worried about paying bills and caring for staff. Long term, however, their concerns shift to whether their businesses can survive the crisis.
Hosted by the State Bar of Wisconsin, this presentation will provide attendees with insights on what to keep in mind right now to help them confront the challenges caused by the pandemic. Specifically, Antognoli, Kuzmanovic, and Weis will discuss options for when cash flow as stopped and also review how the CARES Act expands the availability of the Small Business Reorganization Act (SBRA).
