The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Steven Cronig has been named to Attorney Intel’s Top 25 Real Estate and Hospitality Attorneys of 2025.
The publication shared, “From billion-dollar hotel portfolio deals to joint ventures for large-scale development, these attorneys advise on the legal decisions that determine whether deals close, projects advance, and investments hold their value.” It added that across transactions and disputes, these recognized attorneys “bring the technical experience and commercial judgment needed to move complex real estate and hospitality matters forward.”

Steven is a seasoned real estate attorney with over 40 years of experience advising domestic and international developers, investors, and lenders on complex commercial transactions. He counsels clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and entity formation, including joint ventures, limited partnerships, and REITs.
His practice also covers condominium and timeshare documentation, commercial leasing, and closing construction and commercial loans. Additionally, Steven advises commercial and private lenders on asset-secured and mezzanine financing, portfolio acquisitions, and loan participation agreements, guiding clients through all aspects of loan administration, due diligence, and workouts.
