Robert Romero Invited to Join Claims and Litigation Management Alliance

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Robert J. Romero, Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s San Francisco office, has been invited to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. The organization seeks to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Mr. Romero’s national practice emphasizes complex jury trial work. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes. Mr. Romero has been lead trial counsel in insurance coverage and bad faith cases throughout California and the western United States. He serves as national bad faith counsel to a major insurer. Mr. Romero also has extensive trial experience defending professionals, including attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, architects, engineers and real estate professionals.
