Mohamed F. Sweify Admitted to the List of Arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that New York attorney Mohamed F. Sweify has been admitted to the List of Arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Mohamed’s DIAC admission is for a period of two years, from July 2025 through July 2027. Mohamed is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, one of the highest global professional qualifications for international arbitrators. Additionally, he was recently appointed to the List of Arbitrators of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center.

DIAC is the largest alternative dispute resolution center in the Middle East region, providing independent arbitration and mediation services for commercial disputes involving parties from all nationalities and jurisdictions. The DIAC has administered nearly 5,000 cases and continues to enhance its procedures, most recently with its new Arbitration Rules in 2022 to better serve the evolving needs of the business and arbitration communities.
