The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin Kelley has been elected to serve as president of the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago (CLGC) for the 2025–2026 term. He previously served as the CLGC’s First Vice President from 2024–2025.
About the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago
The CLGC is a bar association dedicated to advancing the social, intellectual, temporal, and spiritual welfare of its members, guided by its core pillars of prayer, service, and celebration.
Through initiatives such as retreats and the Red Mass, as well as pro bono service including immigration assistance and support for the Catholic Charities Legal Clinic, and recognition of lawyers who exemplify faith in public life, the Guild fosters a vocation that unites legal practice with religion. About Kevin
Kevin is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in premises liability, automotive accidents, medical malpractice, contractual rights, employment issues, and property disputes. With extensive experience across governmental, in-house, and law firm roles, he has successfully handled arbitrations, state court civil and criminal proceedings, and federal matters in trial, appellate, and bankruptcy courts, as well as complex commercial transactions.
In addition to his litigation practice, Kevin leverages his executive MBA and diverse skill set to lead risk management and compliance initiatives that align legal strategy with organizational objectives.
