The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Katherine Coba has been accepted into the Hispanic National Bar Association's (HNBA) Latina Commission's 2023 – 2024 Executive Leadership Program.
The HNBA Latina Executive Leadership Program is a nine-month, elevated leadership program geared towards Latina lawyers who have been in the profession for more than ten years. The curriculum focuses on executive legal management, soft skills leadership training, and executive coaching. The program includes monthly interactive group presentations and individual coaching to equip members with skills to effectively manage legal teams, capitalize on opportunities for advancement, and navigate barriers to authentic leadership.

She represents businesses in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts on issues such as breach of contract, negligence, fraud, and insurance coverage. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to estate and trust litigation. Coba has served as the Co-Chair of the HNBA's Section of Litigation and Dispute Resolution since 2019, and was also selected as a recipient of the HNBA's 2023 Top Lawyers Under 40 Award.
