The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Justyna Regan, PhD has been appointed to serve as the Vice Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) International and Foreign Law Committee for the 2024 – 2025 term.
The International and Foreign Law Committee is a specialized body within the CBA that focuses on issues related to international and foreign law. The committee serves as a platform for legal professionals to discuss, analyze, and exchange information on various aspects of global and foreign legal systems.
Regan is an active member of the CBA and has held leadership positions as Chair and Vice Chair of the CBA Cyber Law & Data Privacy Committee.
Regan provides legal counsel in international trade, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business law, and data privacy matters. She has previously served as an expert witness and special master in U.S. federal court. In addition to the Chicago Bar Association, Regan is a member of several organizations, including the Advocates Society, Illinois State Bar Association, International Bar Association, and Wroclaw District Bar of Legal Counsels.
