Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Justyna Regan, PhD, has been appointed to serve as the Co-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) International and Foreign Law Committee for the 2026–2027 term. She previously served as the Committee Co-Vice-Chair.
About the CBA’s International and Foreign Law Committee
The CBA’s International and Foreign Law Committee covers both private and public international law. This includes US and foreign legal issues related to international business transactions, litigation, arbitration, taxation, foreign investment laws, treaties, the United Nations, and other international organizations.
About Justyna
Justyna offers legal counsel in international trade, cross-border deals, mergers and acquisitions, business law, and data privacy. She is a former Fulbright scholar and law professor.
In addition to her active membership in the Chicago Bar Association, she is also a member of several other professional organizations, including the Advocates Society, the International Bar Association, and the Wroclaw District Bar of Legal Counsels.
